By accessing or using Family Stories TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Family Stories TV only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Share access codes with individuals outside your family
• Upload or stream content that violates any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to access other families' content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the service

3. Vimeo API Compliance

Family Stories TV integrates with the Vimeo API. By using our service, you also agree to comply with Vimeo's Terms of Service and API terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the content in your Vimeo library complies with Vimeo's policies.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your video content. Your videos are hosted on Vimeo — Family Stories TV displays them via the Vimeo API but does not store or own your video files. We store only your account and family configuration data.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@familystoriestv.com.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

Family Stories TV is currently in an invite-only phase. Subscription pricing and cancellation terms will be published when paid plans are introduced. Access during the current phase is provided at no charge.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, particularly as this is an early-access product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Stories TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
